What you'd do

• Set technical quality standards for ML models
• Build credible timelines and roadmaps
• Co-own ML team's roadmap with the Co-founder & CSO
• Manage and grow the ML team, including performance and hiring duties

What they're looking for

• 6–9 years of experience in machine learning or data science
• Prior experience managing ML or research teams
• Deep technical fluency to review methods and models
• Strong collaboration skills with product, clinical, and tech
