The short version: Use Scout22 honestly and professionally. Don't upload content that isn't yours, don't impersonate anyone, and don't use the platform to spam or harass. Violations may result in removal from the waitlist.

1. Acceptance

By accessing scout22.co or signing up for the Scout22 waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, candidates, and company representatives.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Scout22. By using the site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Scout22 is intended for professional use — job seeking and recruiting — not personal or entertainment use.

3. Your Account and Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you submit is accurate, current, and your own. Specifically, you agree that:

  • The name and email you provide are real and belong to you
  • Any resume you upload is your own work and accurately represents your experience
  • Any video you upload features you (not another person) and is professionally appropriate
  • Your LinkedIn or TikTok handle is your own legitimate professional account
  • Company representatives are authorized to sign up on behalf of their organization

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Scout22 only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Upload, submit, or share content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Impersonate any person or company
  • Upload content that is offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or violent
  • Use Scout22 to send unsolicited messages, spam, or marketing communications to other users
  • Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from Scout22 without written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
  • Use Scout22 for any purpose other than legitimate job seeking or recruiting
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems

5. Content You Upload

You retain ownership of any content you submit (your video, resume, profile information). By uploading content to Scout22, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and share that content with companies and candidates on the platform, consistent with your privacy preferences and our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Scout22 does not pre-screen uploads but reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Video Content Standards

Intro videos submitted to Scout22 must:

  • Feature only you (the person signing up)
  • Be 60 seconds or shorter
  • Be professionally appropriate — no explicit, offensive, or discriminatory content
  • Not include copyrighted music or third-party content you don't have the right to use
  • Not contain contact information (phone numbers, personal email) intended to circumvent the platform

7. Intellectual Property

All Scout22 branding, design, copy, and platform code are the property of Scout22. Nothing on this site grants you a license to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

Scout22 is currently in pre-launch. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees that the platform will launch on any specific date, that all waitlist members will receive access, or that using Scout22 will result in employment or hiring outcomes.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We'll notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
