• Own end-to-end manufacturing processes for payload systems
• Develop detailed work instructions and assembly procedures
• Interface with payload customers and internal teams
• Implement cleanliness and handling protocols for sensitive payloads

What they're looking for

• B.S. in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering or related
• 3+ years in manufacturing complex electromechanical systems
• Experience with precision hardware and cleanliness standards
