What you'd do

Assemble and build solar array blankets
Perform mechanical assembly of hardware
Operate light fabrication equipment
Follow detailed work instructions in MES system

What they're looking for

High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years in a hands-on manufacturing environment
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Experience in crimping and wire stripping
