What you'd do

• Own workforce capacity modeling and forecasting
• Collaborate with Care leadership on productivity and resourcing
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams for staffing plans
• Analyze performance metrics for operational improvements

What they're looking for

• 5-10+ years in operations, strategy, or workforce planning
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with Excel/Google Docs
• Experience building scalable processes
• Good communication across teams
