What you'd do
- Support hiring for non-eng/non-product roles at Beacon HQ
- Parachute into a portfolio company for senior hires
- Juggle multiple open roles across different functions
- Build hiring plans with GMs and functional leaders
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Comfort in high-growth, multi-entity environments
- Hands-on experience with Ashby or Greenhouse
- BA/BS degree
