What you'd do

Support daily operations of the Incident Command Centre
Assist with initial impact assessment
Monitor incident queues and updates
Conduct routine quality checks on data accuracy and compliance GienS:

What they're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
More than 3 years in IT support, operations, or project mgmt
Strong understanding of ITIL principles, especially Incident
Proficiency in BI Tools like Tableau or Domo
