What you'd do

• Own the Capacity product: scoping, design, implementation, iteration
• Translate operational requirements into product experiences
• Build and maintain full-stack features across the toolchain
• Identify and eliminate workflow bottlenecks through tooling

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack proficiency with NextJS, Javascript, Postg
• Experience building internal tooling or operational platform
