• Manage high-volume growth renewals end-to-end
• Drive outreach, negotiations, and contract execution
• Partner with Customer Success to assess account health
• Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks

• 3–6+ years in Renewals, Account Management, Customer Success
• Experience with high-volume renewals in SaaS
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate confidently with customers
