What you'd do

Partner with manufacturing for cost performance guidance
Analyze production volume and labor efficiency
Own product costing process and variance analysis
Manage overhead pools and allocation rates

Bachelor's in finance, accounting, economics, or related
7+ years in financial analysis and modeling
Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of GAAP accounting
