What you'd do
- Own Gusto’s VC & PE partnership strategy end to end
- Build repeatable, programmatic partnership motions
- Serve as the Tier 1 point of contact for ecosystem partners
- Track and evaluate ecosystem impact across metrics

- 10+ years in partnerships or ecosystem development
- 4+ years with the VC and PE ecosystem
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience working with a VC or PE firm
