What you'd do

Deliver virtual primary care and comprehensive assessments
Manage chronic conditions and develop care plans
Treat acute concerns through telehealth
Order and interpret lab tests and diagnostics via telehealth

What they're looking for

Active Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license in good standing
Board certification in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology,或内
Minimum 2 years of primary care or urgent care experience
Active BLS certification at time of hire
