• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team

• Own the reliability and performance of NoSQL and blob platforms
• Partner with architecture and security teams to enforce guardrails

• 10+ years in software engineering building large-scale data,
• 5+ years as an engineering manager
• Experience with NoSQL and blob storage systems
• Familiarity with Azure and Google Cloud
