What you'd do

Own the IT support channel: triage, resolve, escalate tickets
Image, enroll, and maintain macOS and Windows workstations
Provision accounts and manage permissions
Troubleshoot cloud virtual machines and GPU issues

What they're looking for

1 to 3 years in IT support or equivalent experience
Knowledge of macOS and Windows administration
Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
Experience with studio transfer and storage tools
