Assist with supervising new-issue offerings
Oversee operational execution of underwriting
Partner with Compliance, Finance, and Operations

What they're looking for

FINRA Series 79 licenses; Series 24 preferred
4–7 years in equity underwriting or capital markets
Knowledge of FINRA Rules 5110, 5130, 5131, 3110
