• Assist customers with technical issues
• Collaborate with mentors on customer problems
• Conduct root cause analysis
• Support platform/module upgrades and triage issues

What they're looking for

• Must be a current undergraduate student
• GPA of 3.5 or above
• Availability from June 7 to August 13, 2027
• Some experience with endpoints or networking is a plus
