What you'd do

Build Nuance’s RL/post-training stack from 0→1
Develop and scale post-training methods
Design systems connecting research ideas to production-scale runs
Build evaluation and feedback loops for omni behavior

What they're looking for

Significant hands-on experience with RL and post-training
Deep understanding of RL methods and data feedback loops
Track record of model behavior reasoning
Experience with RL/post-training pipelines at scale
