Lead license applications (MiFID and MiCA)
Act as main contact for regulators
Handle crossborder distribution in EU/EEA
Ensure legal compliance across jurisdictions

4+ years in legal at a fintech or financial institution
Proven track record engaging with EU financial regulators
Expert knowledge of MiFID, MiCA, anti-money laundering
Fluent in French, proficient in English
