What you'd do

Own compliance for Lithuanian EMI
Lead relationship with Bank of Lithuania
Build internal compliance framework
Drive risk-based reviews and testing controls

What they're looking for

Significant compliance experience in EMI or fintech
Deep knowledge of EMD2, PSD2, and AML/CTF
Experience with regulator relationships
Fluent in Lithuanian and English
