What you'd do

Perform admin tasks for the Facility Manager
Maintain indexed records and files
Retrieve data from files as needed
Manage customer staff paperwork and changes

High school diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of related experience on a construction site
Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
