What you'd do

Act as first contact for customer support inquiries
Resolve common issues with API usage and onboarding
Escalate complex issues to senior support or engineering
Identify recurring questions and improve documentation and FAQs

What they're looking for

Prior experience with Databento's API preferred
At least 2 years in technical support or QA
Working proficiency in Python
Strong technical communication skills
