What you'd do

Implement and optimize compute kernels
Build custom operators using CUDA and Triton
Profile and improve inference performance
Build benchmarks and chase down performance regressions

What they're looking for

Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a
Solid programming skills in Python and familiarity with C++
Understanding of GPU architecture fundamentals
Experience writing CUDA, Triton, or similar kernels
