Own daily employment counseling for People Operations
Anticipate and address employment-law risks
Provide guidance on recruitment, accommodations, and investigations
Ensure compliance of employment practices across operations and teams

JD and admitted to practice in California
10+ years in-house or similar law firm experience
Experience with hourly employees in California manufacturing
