What you'd do

Serve as a first point of contact for Helpdesk support
Assist with device imaging and configuration for new hires
Support user onboarding and offboarding processes
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and escalate as needed

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a tech/
Foundational understanding of macOS, Windows, or Linux
Basic understanding of networking concepts
