What you'd do

Provide Tier 1 and 2 global technical support
Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees
Administer identity lifecycle across SaaS stack
Oversee global hardware lifecycle and asset management

What they're looking for

3–5 years in IT Operations or Systems Administration
Experience with macOS and Linux systems
Proven experience with MDM and IAM/SSO platforms
Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts
