What you'd do

Drive the monthly payroll process
Monitor changes in tax regulations
Perform regular payroll audits
Manage benefit deductions and tax withholdings

What they're looking for

5+ years of payroll experience in Germany
Strong grasp of local regulations and tax requirements
Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems
Fluent in English; German is a plus
