Lead architectural direction for data platforms
Design distributed systems and event processing pipelines
Improve data freshness and latency
Align platform strategy with engineering leaders and teams

What they're looking for

Extensive experience in distributed systems
Deep expertise in storage systems and streaming platforms
Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and/or DynamoDB
Experience with Kafka or similar systems
