What you'd do
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Design and improve HR systems for better employee experience
- Handle employee concerns and conflicts
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and standards
What they're looking for
- 5–10 years of HR generalist experience
- Experience with high-volume, early-career workforce
- Strong employee relations experience
- Fluency in wage and hour law, FMLA, and ADA compliance
