What you'd do

Lead observability strategy for scalable logging and tracing
Drive large-scale reliability improvements
Improve on-call experience through actionable telemetry

What they're looking for

3+ years hands-on experience on large-scale production
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Strong understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with observability tools and architecture
