What you'd do

• Design and iterate on semiconductor packaging machines
• Integrate mechanical and electrical components
• Collaborate to improve fabrication processes
• Hands-on package/wafer processing

What they're looking for

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s in engineering
• 1-2 hands-on wet lab or lab-adjacent experiences
• Strong foundation in mechanical engineering
• Hands-on prototyping experience
