• Negotiate and apply credits for customers
• Generate bank slips and support collection routines
• Reconcile accounts and track discrepancies
• Assist customers via email and phone with clarity and speed

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics,或
• Experience with account reconciliation
• Previous experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel
