What you'd do

• Lead transformation of solar designs into reliable hardware
• Drive process development and solve manufacturing challenges
• Develop and maintain assembly procedures and tooling requirements
• Support sourcing and qualification of manufacturing equipment

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or relevant
• 5+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing
• Experience with photovoltaic modules or solar cells
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end manufacturing processes
