• Conduct research in reinforcement learning and machine learning
• Develop new techniques for model training and optimization
• Evaluate large-scale models and systems
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams

What they're looking for

• Pursuing a PhD in computer science or related field
• Research experience in reinforcement learning or foundation
• Skills in developing and evaluating machine learning systems
• Strong programming skills
