What you'd do

• Respond to IT service desk tickets in Jira
• Diagnose and fix end-user device issues
• Set up and distribute laptops and peripherals
• Help with onboarding and offboarding processes as needed, including IT

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science,
• Familiarity with macOS and Windows
• Basic understanding of networking and device troubleshooting
