What you'd do

Serve as primary contact for clients

Partner with cross-functional teams to meet owner goals
Support annual budgets for SFR portfolios and BTR communities

5+ years of asset management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Strong understanding of SFR or multifamily operations
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
