• Own end-to-end manufacturing processes for payload systems
• Develop detailed work instructions and assembly procedures
• Interface with payload customers and internal teams
• Implement contamination control protocols for sensitive hardware

• B.S. in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent
• 6+ years manufacturing or integrating complex payloads
• Experience with precision hardware and cleanliness standards
