What you'd do

Perform precision hand soldering and rework of PCBs
Modify traces or pads and run jumper wire on PCB
Support subassemblies and fabricate test harnesses
Provide training to other technicians to help scale production

What they're looking for

5+ years of experience soldering electronic components for P
Proficiency with soldering irons and hot air tools
Demonstrated ability to rework and repair complex assemblies
Experience with reballing and reworking fine-pitch BGAs
