What you'd do

Lead and grow the Infrastructure Engineering team
Organize team activities and delivery rhythm
Own infrastructure strategy across GCP services and Kubernetes
Drive reliability and operational excellence through SLOs/SLIs and CI

What they're looking for

5+ years in software/platform/infrastructure engineering
2+ years in people leadership
Strong understanding of GCP services and Kubernetes
Experience managing infrastructure teams in cloud-native
