Own avionics hardware from architecture to production
Drive design decisions and component selection
Lead hardware bring-up and debugging
Collaborate to meet performance and reliability standards

Bachelor's in electrical engineering or related field
5–10+ years of hardware experience
Proven ownership of avionics or high-reliability hardware
Strong experience with PCB design and debugging
