What you'd do

Build and scale the training infrastructure from 0→1
Optimize performance for large-scale training jobs
Develop job orchestration and monitoring systems
Handle multimodal data loading and synchronization

What they're looking for

Hands-on experience with distributed training across GPU cl
Deep understanding of training mechanics and GPU performance
Experience with major training stacks like Megatron or PyTor
Knowledge of omni/multimodal training challenges
