What you'd do

Lead and mentor a team in production and test engineering.
Own execution of production and test schedules.
Drive load capacity planning to balance resources.
Provide inputs to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

What they're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace,or
Over 10 years of experience in spacecraft production and
In-depth knowledge of AS9100/ISO9001 standards.
Track record managing complex components and test plans.
