• Define application structure and frontend/backend evolution
• Drive technical strategy and influence engineering culture
• Design API contracts for internal and external users
• Architect complex async data workflows for user experience

• 8+ years in full-stack systems, preferably at a Staff/Tech-­
• lead level
• Deep backend expertise in Java or similar
• Strong frontend skills in React and TypeScript
