• Serve as primary contact for clinic partners
• Build strong relationships with clinic teams
• Ensure seamless onboarding for new partners
• Identify and improve partner experience issues etc. within operations

• 3–5 years in customer success, partnerships, or operations
• Experience managing multiple relationships in startups
• Strong organizational and project management skills
