• Troubleshoot complex network and software problems
• Provide system design advice to customers
• Communicate technical concepts clearly via calls and chats
• Own customer issues from start to finish and resolve them quickly

What they're looking for

• Available for a full-time in-person internship in Spring 202
• Third or fourth-year student in a technical Bachelor's field
• Coursework in computer networking, Linux, and systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
