What you'd do

Responsible for scan insertion and DFT implementation
Develop and implement low-power DFT architecture
Generate structural test vectors and improve coverage
Perform pre/post-layout simulations for MBIST and scan

What they're looking for

BS/MS in ECE/EE
At least 10 years of experience in DFT implementation
Skilled in various DFT structures and low-power DFT
Experience in developing scan ATPG and MBIST test benches
