• Identify and onboard suppliers for mechanical, electrical, and digital
• Develop strong supplier relationships and negotiate terms
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements
• Own the procurement process from RFQs to contract negotiations

What they're looking for

• 8+ years in supply chain, procurement, or operations (def).
• Strong understanding of defense regulations (ITAR/EAR/DFARS)
• Experience sourcing complex components (electronics, mach. )
• Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage comes
