Support contractual governance to align with agreements
Learn and apply company policies for customer reporting
Gather info and use problem-solving methods where needed

Currently studying for a Bachelor's/Master's with 12 months+
Basic problem-solving skills and ability to follow guidance
Proficient in English
Experience with Google Docs or MS Office
