What you'd do

• Own a portfolio of Chinese-speaking enterprise accounts
• Develop strategies based on clients' business models
• Drive implementation of upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders on product usage and优化

What they're looking for

• 8-10 years in Customer Success or related roles
• Proven track record managing enterprise accounts
• Strong commercial mindset with revenue outcomes experience
• Ability to engage VP and C-level stakeholders
