What you'd do

Manage quoting for new business and renewals
Act as primary owner for Salesforce and ZenDesk queue
Reduce wait times by resolving tickets within SLAs
Partner with Finance and Legal on non-standard terms and inefficiency

What they're looking for

5 years of experience in Deal Desk or Sales Operations
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CPQ
Clear communicator with diverse teams
Detail-oriented and able to manage high volumes of requests
