- Design and expand optical testing infrastructure
- Develop testing procedures for component characterization
- Automate the test pipeline and maintain quality flows
- Collaborate with teams to optimize testing features

- 3+ years in optical spectroscopy or related
- Master's or PhD in engineering/physics or similar
- Experience with test instrumentation for optical setups
- Strong data processing and visualization skills
